Viva Las Vegas

This photo is from the first time I've ever been to Mandalay Bay's Foundation Room. I remember thinking that this was THE best view of Las Vegas, especially a clear view of The Strip. In fact, when I spoke to attendees at my conferences, I would suggest they visit that lounge. "If you can get past the bouncers, it's worth the view". I would also bring my friends and colleagues, just to show this view that makes Vegas...well, Vegas!

It's hard to understand senseless acts of violence and yesterday's tragedy is no exception. I was sad to hear further that this happened at Mandalay Bay. What once was beautiful and amazing for many has now probably become a nightmare for others. And it's a shame. Vegas is supposed to be that fun place that everyone wants to go to at least once in their life. But now, after this, I don't know.

My thoughts are with the people of Las Vegas. Viva Las Vegas.
