Have You Had a Pizza at Marta's

I love it when I discover another good restaurant in the neighborhood! Marta's is a concept by legendary restaurateur Danny Meyer. It's a simple concept - great pizza. That's the highlight. That's the feature. That's why you've probably heard of Marta.

Of course there are other fantastic dishes on the menu: Italian-inspired appetizers and tasty salads. I've heard they even have a breakfast/brunch menu that people rave about.

The ambiance is lively, which makes sense being that it's part of The Redbury, a hipster boutique hotel in Midtown. But to be frank, I come here for the pizza. Though not featured below, my favorite is the pizza with the zucchini flowers. 

Marta is located at 29 East 29th Street between Park and Madison Avenue. Private room available.
