A Visit to Talde JC

That's right, folks! I went across the tunnel to Jersey City to meet up with a friend at Talde, an Asian fusion bistro that opened in 2015. We ended up sitting at the bar and taking over a fully booked restaurant! For those not in the know, Chef Dale Talde competed in two seasons of Bravo TV's Top Chef and landed in sixth place both seasons. Of course, us foodies don't care much about rank because of you've made it into that show you are, well, solid.

Talde Jersey City is also available for private events. It makes sense because the restaurants decor is "industrial chic" with a hint of Asian accents. The restaurant can fit 130 seated or 175 reception. There also a private dining room that can seat 40 for dining. Downstairs is Miss Wong's, a speakeasy lounge complete with a bar full of fantastical cocktails.
